Tour Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes 2026
The Critérium du Dauphiné has undergone a name change. Billed as the Tour of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, the 78th edition starts this coming Sunday and finish the folllowing Sunday. The riders are in for a mountainous week. The race includes a team time trial, and the final three stages all finish uphill.

Tadej Pogacar took victory in last year’s edition, notching three stage wins along the way. Jonas Vingegaard and Florian Lipowitz completed the podium alongside the world champion, just like the following month later in the Tour de France.
